What our customers are saying
“Great team. They did excellent work and exceeded our expectations.”
“It was great working with Fulvio and his team, they were thorough and professional. They delivered a beautiful primary bathroom, on time and at a great price. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and like things done right, so this was the first time I hired someone to remodel a bathroom. I even made a mistake and ordered a sink faucet for the tub, and he didn't charge me for the extra plumbing work to install the correct one. I'm very happy with the result!”
“Great communication. Good pricing. Punctual. Great work. These guys really helped me out during a tough time.”
“Very happy with the service from start to finish. The attention to detail, willingness to help, constant communication, and progress updates were impeccable. No hidden fees, lots of transparency, and extremely easy to work with. We had new flooring, countertops, and tile installed throughout the whole house, and the professionalism at every step and attention to detail is amazing. Highly recommend.”

The man behind Del Carlo Flooring
From a $300 dream in Brazil to Central Virginia’s most trusted flooring company.
Built from the ground up — Brazil to Virginia
Hi, my name is Fulvio. I’m 25 years old, originally from Brazil, happily married, and proud dad of two little dogs. I came to the United States when I was just 18 years old with only $300 in my pocket and a big dream — to one day have my own company.
Over the years, I worked in many different industries, learning as much as I could. But it was flooring and bathroom remodeling that truly caught my heart. From the moment I discovered this passion, I dedicated every single day to learning and mastering everything I could about it.
In 2020, I founded Del Carlo Flooring with the goal of building something completely different from the rest. I wanted to create a company where clients could feel totally at ease — no stress, no worries, no damage, not even to a glass cup. We take care of your home like it’s our own, from start to finish.
That commitment to care and quality is exactly why Del Carlo Flooring has been standing out more and more in the Virginia market.
We treat your home as if it were our mother’s.
Fúlvio M. Del Carlo · Founder
Our mission and commitment
At Del Carlo Flooring, we’re not just building a business — we’re building a legacy. Our focus isn’t just to be another flooring company in the market. We’re here to create something that lasts for generations — a company with strong family values, proudly carrying the Del Carlo name, rooted in our Italian heritage.
From day one, my goal was to build something truly different — a company you can trust completely. If you need to travel, you can hand us the keys to your home, and when you return, it will be exactly how you dreamed — or better. Because your satisfaction is our commitment.
That’s the level of care, quality, and respect we bring to every single project. At Del Carlo, we believe in long-term relationships, built on trust, excellence, and genuine connection — not just for today, but for years and generations to come.
